Whoa! Crazy Street Collapse In Hoboken!

Oh no, the tripods! Sinatra Drive between 12th Street and 14th Street in Hoboken is closed to all traffic after a 50-foot long sinkhole manifested yesterday afternoon. Officials say the hole could get even bigger because of the tides, and repairs are estimated to take up to four weeks.

Thankfully, there were no reported injuries, and the city's website says, "The costs of repairs will not be the responsibility of the City of Hoboken." Ferry service to the north Hoboken stop from New York City was briefly suspended, but should be running again.
