Lance Berkman had a huge game, homering and adding a RBI-double in the 7th to break up a 2-2 tie. Curtis Granderson added three hits and a RBI.
The win puts the Yankees one victory away from the ALCS. Phil Hughes will take the mound Saturday night as the Yankees try and earn a sweep.
