13th Annual Raptor Fest In Central Park Today

Hey orinthologists, aviantarians and bird enthusiasts: today at noon, the Parks Department is holding its 13th Annual Raptor Fest. Thirteen different species of falcons, hawks, eagles, and other birds of prey (not these kinds of raptors) from all over the world will take to the skies in aerial shows and flight demonstrations. The festivities are free, and will also include appearances from an owl and a peregrine falcon. Head out to Central Park between 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Great Hill (Enter at West 106th Street and Central Park West).
