Pagans Biker Gang Busted In Plot To Off Hells Angels

In a page right out of the show "Sons of Anarchy," seventeen members of the motorcycle club The Pagans were arrested today in a plot to kill their arch-enemies, the Hells Angels. Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agents arrested the members this morning at the alleged headquarters of the Long Island Pagans, the House of Tattooing in Rocky Point. They face charges of conspiracy to commit murder, assault (some using "axe handles, boots, billiard balls, and a pipe wrench"), distribution of cocaine and oxycodone, conspiracy to commit extortion and weapons charges (PDF).

Among those arrested were leaders John Richard Ebeling, Jr., who was the president of the Pagans Long Island chapter, and now oversees the activities of Pagan chapters around the east coast, and Jason "Roadblock" Blair, who succeeded Ebeling as president of the Long Island chapter in May. The club was infiltrated by ATF agents, including one who rose to the rank of Vice President in the club.

The Pagans have about 900 members in 44 chapters between New York and Florida, and are said to be having a resurgence in LI in recent years. Between 1999 and 2002, more than 100 members of the Pagans were convicted in federal prosecutions on Long Island, most stemming from a failed attack on the Hells Angels in 2002. Despite the apparent grizzly nature of the club, neighbors on LI were surprised at the arrests: "They were very peaceful," said Chris Grzymala, who runs Shore Line Insurance down the block from the tattoo parlor. "They are terrific neighbors," another neighbor told Newsday.

If the government realy wanted to stop drug sales and distribution it would make urine test for drugs a prerequisite to receive welfare/foodstamps, rent and utility aid etc.Today, Those who chose to be addicts can even get SSD disability checks so they can spend US taxpayer money, plus money borrowed from communist China, on drugs and alcohol. The dug cartels then take some of these profits and pay off ACLU lawyers and liberal politicians so that this system continues. We have to pee in bottles for the honor of paying taxes and getting some left in our paychecks. Or just legalize drugs , and let employers, drivers license centers and HHS welfare offices shut off tax payer financed drug use.
Now the fashion is to pay agents to join motorcycle clubs while letting millions of illegal aliens, many of whom are carrying in drugs, into America. Perhaps that because illegal aliens also vote?

I could be crazy, but I think the Angels work for the US government. How else can you manufacture and sell crystal, carry and sell weapons, kill people and get away it? And I'm not so sure the bungling of the govt. case against the Angels a few years ago wasn't an intentional screw up. They're an international network of drugs and gun runners- people that bad are usually taken down the way the mob was, but they are allowed to flourish. And it was started by former Korean War vets. Outlaw bikers my ass. The government has given them carte blanche and you've got to wonder why.

Former brothel owner gets 15 years in child porn case

CHEYENNE, Wyo.-- A former Nevada brothel owner has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for his conviction on two child pornography charges in Wyoming.

David Burgess was sentenced Friday in U.S. District Court for possessing and transporting child pornography.

U.S. District Judge Alan B. Johnson also sentenced the 55-year-old Hells Angel motorcycle club member to 10 years of supervision upon his release, lifetime registration as a sex offender and a fine of $20,000.

Investigators found two hard drives containing thousands of images of child pornography in Burgess' motor home after a traffic stop last summer in western Wyoming. A jury convicted Burgess in April on both charges against him.

Well I've learned something new today - I never knew there were two seperate words "grisly" and "grizzly". I always thought they were one and the same, and that Grizzly Bears were so named because they were capable of inflicting grizzly [sic] attacks on people. But now I know that an attack by a grizzly bear (a "grizzly attack", if you like), would actually be a grisly (i.e. gruesome or repulsive) attack.

Grizzly can also mean "speckled with grey", especially with hair and beards. Which is true of many biker-types. So the club could be both grisly and grizzly.
