Beer App Will Be Cause Of, Solution To All Of Life's Problems

091210homer.jpg As the days inch closer to darkness at 4 p.m., New Yorkers are relishing in their last few moments of outdoor drinking. But aside from Bohemian Hall or the Frying Pan (or any of the bars listed in our handy Outdoor Drinking guide), where does one go to get his or her beer on? The Beer Gardens NYC smartphone application is here to answer that question.

Searchable by neighborhood, borough or by 900+ beers, Beer Gardens NYC directs New Yorkers to over 50 beer gardens across the city. They also provide photos and videos, just so you know what you're getting into. And with NYC Craft Beer Week coming up shortly, you're sure to find some venues with beer specials going on. Now if they could just make the beer gardens searchable by wurst-type, it'd be foolproof.

Thanks, Jaya! And great suggestion. Beer Gardens NYC has some menu snippets in the Description of the Scene--the Biergarten Grill at Radegast holds fond memories and the Cajun style biscuits at GOODS are a keeper. Yours in Beer & Brats, Beer Gardens NYC
