Never Forget to Pimp Your Ride to the 9/11 Mosque Protest!

The protest against the Islamic community center and mosque planned for Lower Manhattan is expected to draw thousands of demonstrators from far and wide, and some of them are rolling up in style. According to one of the organizers of Saturday's Hate-In, "some of those getting ready to travel have been a bit busy after-work and into the wee hours of the AM…. painting MURALS on their CAR!" Will the leftard mosque-hugging Chamberlainian appeasers respond with airbrushed Olbermann portraits on their bicycles? Tune in Saturday to find out—but show up early, because this is going to be a complete clusterfuck, overseen by "an army of cops."

Yes, one unidentified official tells the Post, "There'll be an army of cops down there." Dueling rallies will square off on either side of Park Place, with a counter-protest organized by IAC Center kicking off at 1 p.m. with a march from the Brooklyn Bridge. Those demonstrators hope to convince America that it "is not Muslim people who are robbing our jobs and homes and closing schools and hospitals. It is the banks, corporations and the Pentagon." Good luck with that.

On the other side of the street, the lefties will be completely outnumbered by mosque opponents, whose rally begins at 3 :00 p.m. with a brief memorial service for the victims of the 9/11 attacks, featuring prayers by a Jew, a Greek Catholic, and an Evangelical. Then it's on to the ranting, which will be kicked off with a video message from Bush-era U.N. Ambassador John Bolton! Perhaps fearful that the protest might get just a tad ugly, one of the organizers, blogger Pamela Geller, is trying to steer protesters away from signs like this. She's encouraging her flock to simply carry American flags "to show they come in peace," she tells the Post. Yep, Old Glory: a universal symbol of peace since... oh, pick your date.

How could they continuously keep pushing for loopholes for their rich contributors who have already taken all the jobs overseas and then don't even want to pay taxes on the profits they make by destroying America, if everyone started talking about the economy?

Oh but then Bloomberg, Rupert Murdoch and the rest of their rich buddies realized that they need the cheap labor because it was good for their business and the Republicans had to look for another villain, and who better than the Muslims?

One side defends whoever the current villain is and the other side demonizes them while they keep doing their dirt without any interruptions.

It's amazing that we still fall for these distractions as they continue to destroy this country.

The rich are looting this country and when there's nothing left they'll pack it up and move to Europe with all their riches and we'll still be here arguing about stupidity, wondering what happened to America.

With every protest it becomes more and more clear that most of the people against this thing are wingnuts with nothing better to do than get riled up and ironically engage their 1st amendment rights to claim that another group isn't allowed the same privilege.

The fact that both sides are using the anniversary of 9/11 as a platform for their ridiculous protests is much MUCH more sickening than whether a muslim center opens within a few blocks of the site.
