Just moments after Jersey Shore star Snooki left the courthouse in New Jersey yesterday (she was found guilty of "annoying people"), she nearly got in trouble again! In her car, she Twittered from the driver's seat: "Ugh stuck in newark traffic is no fun." It didn't take long before Mayor Cory Booker Tweeted at the reality star, saying: "Snooki! I'm the mayor where R U so I can give u a ticket 4 texting & driving we needs revenue!"

Meanwhile, the NY Post reports that Lindsay Lohan's mommy, Dina, was sad that the judge who lambasted Snooki at her sentencing yesterday, compared the reality star to her daughter. The judge said, "You seem to be acting like a Lindsay Lohan... going through life rude, profane, obnoxious and self-indulgent." Burn.

Dina said there was "no reason why he should bring up Lindsay's name in someone else's court proceedings." And besides, Snooki isn't even half way down the downward spiral Lindsay is on; and did you know Lindsay makes less money for appearances (allegedly!) EW's PopWatch questions the judge's remarks, saying they weren't fair; "I’m not saying that Snooki is an innocent angel, but she’s hardly on some kind of destructive Lohan-esque path."
