Tell the folks at The Times and it's average reader who love to pontificate on morality and ethics while espousing egalitarian ideals to suck up the higher costs at their favorite snooty eatery. Considering the prices charged at these foo foo eateries it's amusing they whine about paying the hired help a decent wage and benefits.
