You'd have to have some pretty heavy New York bias to think that plate "tops" the NJ one posted earlier. The mirror-image approach is clever, and when read in the mirror the message is spelled correctly. This, on the other hand, takes the routine approach so many other people do: misspell a phrase and hope the DMV doesn't catch it.

1. That's not the west side highway, that's west st./12th ave (doesn't turn into the highway until 57th street when the streetlights end and it becomes... a highway

You're also wrong, Ph. The Reventon was a very distinctive, limited edition Lamborghini, of which they only made 21 models. Maybe 3 of them made it to the U.S. the rear looks like this
