So, basically, two police officers attacked a rowdy but peaceful crowd with pepper spray, for no good reason, other than the fact that it was a crowd of Latinos. By macing that crowd, the cops actually started a riot from an otherwise peaceful crowd.

Yes, folks, that is racism, pure and simple - and those two cops should be fired and prosecuted for multiple counts of assault, battery and reckless endangerment.

These cops were inciting a riot by macing people like that.

I grew up in Washington Heights, two blocks away from where the bucket of cement got thrown on the officer and not too far from where the "Washington Heights Riot" broke out back in the 90s. If these cops don't know they better ask somebody because those Dominicans are ready to start a riot at any given time and I'm glad they are because abuse should be met with resistance, even violent resistance if necessary.

These people went from singing, dancing and having a good time to throwing bottles at cops because they were provoked by these cops.

What the hell are they teaching these cops at the Police Academy?

as a representative of "i hate everyone(tm)", i welcome you to the world of pure hatred. scientifically and physically, it requires tensing up the muscles around the heart, also maybe around the solar-plexus for that extra-oomph of hatred, and dumbing down the brain until one can say "aaaarrrrrrghhhh...!!!" or "unga" which ever is more natural for the person.
