Yesterday, a judge found Michael Chin Lenahan guilty of second degree murder for killing a woman in a Chinatown apartment in 2007. Lenahan was accused of strangling Lorna Santiago to death—and then sleeping in the same bed as her corpse for two days (her body was discovered by his mother). The trial was full of graphic details, for instance, Lenahan's prosecution revealed that he wore adult diapers and that Santiago called his private parts "shriveled." The Post reports the prosecution closed by showing a photograph of Santiago smiling, "Lorna Santiago goes into Michael Lenahan's home that night looking like this. And she came out looking like that!" then exhibiting "a ghastly coroner's photo of Santiago's decomposed face."
