After he and an accomplice were busted for robbing the same Chinese restaurant three times in four days, police have arrested two clearly brilliant men for the murder of Queens gas station attendant Nadeem Khan. Christopher Roberts, 21, was charged with second degree murder while his accomplice, Maurice Echols, 21, was charged with robbery. However, Roberts says Echols was the one who pulled the trigger.

Roberts said he swiped cigarettes and cigars from the Roosevelt Avenue Mobil station as Echols shot Khan, though Roberts is the only one charged with murder at this time. The two also face charges for the robberies of the Chinese restaurant, from which they swiped at least $800 while armed with a handgun.

Khan was a Pakistani immigrant who was working his first job in America, and his station manager said he always arrived early to his shifts. His brother, Sohali Khan, told the Daily News, "He didn't bother anybody. He was a very simple guy. He was just a hard worker." Queens DA Richard Brown said in a statement, "This type of violence will not be tolerated. This case will be vigorously prosecuted in an effort to provide a measure of justice for the victim and his family."

Criminals are so dumb. Once you kill a guy, that brings the heat down on you. If you don't hurt 'em, the cops will put it in the "don't bother" column.

  • izsosick

when is it time that it'll be ok to take scum like this and wipe them permanently off the face of this earth instead of incarcerating them for a short time only to be released again?

  • Splicer

The shooter will never be released. The others? Maybe but it will be a long time from now.

Like I've been saying, this diversity is so heartwarming to see and hear about. We really are in a post-racial rainbow society aren't we. Here we have some fine young Black males interacting with some nice young Pakistani businessmen.

And before they met with the Pakistanis, the same fine young Black males had meetings with Chinese businessmen. No doubt they were conducting negotiations for an international conglomerate.

Up with diversity. Down with white racists. Hooray.

  • Boogie Down

Yeah, we got your point the other 4,000 times you posted essentially the same thing. Boring.

  • Kao

maybe you can tell those blacks to stop doing the same thing again and again. its getting boring? or does that excite you instead with a tingly feeling?

  • Boogie Down

Why don't you go tell "those blacks", tough guy?

Violence isn't boring and we, as a society, shouldn't tolerate it. However, the same racist comment over and over and over again is boring.

  • Kao

you can live with RACIST CRIME. but racist comments is what gets your panties in a bunch. i see.

  • Boogie Down

Yup, I'm super happy about violence. That's why I said it shouldn't be tolerated. Learn. To. Read.
