Mayor Bloomberg Cried Himself to Sleep (As a Boy)

Big Bloomberg, baby Bloomberg
Apparently Bloomberg's always been a little bit whiny. While discussing the importance of New Yorkers reporting suspected child abuse yesterday, he shared an anecdote about how his crying as a child led to a meeting with the social services. "The way my mother tells it, my father said, 'the kid's crying' and my mother said 'yeah, he'll go to sleep,' which I did," Bloomberg said. "But the next morning the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children showed up with a police officer because a neighbor heard me crying. I guess they examined me and found I was not a battered child."

So far this year, nine children under the age of two have died while left under the care of someone other than their mother, up from three last year. The city and Run-DMC's Darryl McDaniels (with his theatrical reputation soon to be confirmed) have now teamed up to create a poster and radio campaign, "Be Careful Who Watches Your Child," to combat the trend. New yorkers can't afford to cry even though we have a lot to cry about. They have to spend all of their time working to pay the many taxes that Mayor Scumburg has levied against us. Most of our tax money goes to pay out police misconduct lawsuits anyway!!

Now he's making millions of NYers cry themselves to sleep every night, wondering how they're going to survive.

  • Is it too late for me to start crying myself to sleep so that I can end up being the uber-rich guy that has the common folk crying themselves to sleep?

my mom used to let me cry until I threw up, that's how the books told 'em to do it back in the 70's i guess. didn't get me anywhere except I get to be one of the last three or four lower middle class people left in NY. on the brighter side, if things keep going as they are, soon i'll be eligible for food stamps! aim high!

Bloomberg should have been arrested for that picture. That poor little girl's head flopped over like that is going to cause her neck pain.

Did you hear this dickhead say taxes would kill NYC the other day? But he said this only regarding the rich. So pushing property taxes up 25% didn't put rents and everything else thru the roof, right? Scumberg.

Remember years ago when the infamous Leona Helmsley's maid said to her, "You must pay a lot of taxes" and Helmsley said: "We don't pay taxes. Only the little people pay taxes." It was true then and it's certainly true now. She was right, she knew what she was talking about but it was suppose to be a private joke among the country's elite.

Through loopholes, tax shelters, off shore accounts and other ingenious accounting practices created by our politicians the rich barely pay any taxes (relative to their earnings) but we the working man/woman pay the burden.

Notice how Bloomberg won't even discuss his own offshore accounts.

    He's such a despicable person.

Bloomberg is a fucking liar. Many people and schoolteachers told his ACS about abuse and the Mayor's people were watching many abused kids that were KILLED under the direct supervision of City Hall. Look up Nixmary Brown and every other murdered child. ACS was already "on" each case and fucked up.

she's just too big to be in that that little stroller. I guess the nanny wasn't available that day and he had to swipe it from some "poor person" so his precous wouldn't have to walk when she was tired. he's a douchebag no matter what he does and if he was my kid i'd let him scream until he passed out too.
