One Staten Island woman must have had a lot of anger pent up over the years. Valerie Carter has been charged with second-degree attempted murder after stabbing Natasha Lewis, a friend she has known since middle school, 13 times early Saturday morning. The two attended law enforcement school together, and had even dated the same person at some point, but had begun arguing about children outside the Park Hill Apartments complex. Carter admitted that during the argument, "I started stabbing her," puncturing her lung and slicing off a piece of her ear. So far this week we've got an eye and an ear stabber.
