Terror Suspect Zazi Could Go Into Witness Protection

2009_09_zazinyc.jpg The Daily News reports that Najibullah Zazi, the former Queens resident and downtown coffee vendor who pleaded guilty to plotting to bomb NYC subways last fall, may be headed into federal witness protection, thanks to his cooperation: "The Afghan immigrant's singing could earn him a coveted 'S' visa, given only to aliens who provide critical information on terror organizations, officials revealed." And one source told the News about how terrorism has changed, "It is a lot easier for homegrown terrorists ... to meet high-ranking, hard-core operatives, and offer themselves as tools to inflict casualties. And the word from Al Qaeda is, 'Welcome, we need you to do your part.'" Homegrown terrorists are even in, allegedly, Norway.

Wow, so now the government is making deals, protecting terrorists and even giving them special visas? WTF?

So he was just a temporary terrorist and now he's a loving American? Are they serious?

    This is a joke, right?

This guy isn't Henry Hill, who at his worst trafficked drugs and was involved in the murders of other gangsters.

This is a guy who thinks Allah himself is telling him to kill as many innocent Americans as possible. Being in the program is not going to discourage him from doing that.

"From now on your name is Homer Thompson, at Terror Lake. Let's just practice a bit, hmmmm? So when I say hello Mr. Thompson, you say hi."
