I'm often skeptical of these stories, but this one has that terrible ring of truth. I've no doubt this happened as reported. We all know the murderer, maybe with a different face, but it's always the SAME FUCKING GUY!

If they were out stopping elderly, asian females in low crime areas this could have been prevented.
