Bin Laden Hunter Is Heading Home

2010_06_faulkner.jpg Gary Brooks Faulkner, the American arrested in Pakistan while allegedly hunting Osama bin Laden, is heading back home. According to the Post, "An official with Pakistani authorities says the Colorado man has been released by the Pakistani government without any charges," also noting that Faulkner, who was found with a 40-inch sword and a gun,"had a valid visa committed no crime while there." The official also said that Faulkner's health issues—he only has "9% kidney function"— prompted the release, adding, "There is a possibility that Faulkner would be clean shaved for security reasons."
