Seinfeld Doesn't Get This Lady Gaga Person

What is the deal with Lady Gaga? That's what Jerry Seinfeld wants to know. On June 10th the pop star donned a bra and panties at Citi Field and acted belligerent when photographers turned their cameras on her. Her tantrum landed her in Jerry Seinfeld's suite, where she was separated from the much more civil commoners in the stands.

The Mets camp later apologized to Seinfeld for this move, and now the comedian is making his opinion of the Lady known. He told WFAN radio (via the Post):

“This woman is a jerk. I hate her. I can’t believe they put her in my box, which I paid for.
You give people the finger and you get upgraded? Is that the world we’re living in now?

I don't know what these young people think or how they promote their careers. I wish her the best," but then added, "you take one 'A' off of that and you've got gag."

Upon finding out Gaga showed up at the Yankees game last weekend, he declared: "Oh please, wake me when it's over." Maybe he just needs to read the star's recent Rolling Stone tell-all, where she explains, "When I wake up in the morning, I feel just like any other insecure 24-year-old girl. Then I say, 'Bitch, you're Lady Gaga, you get up and walk the walk today.'" Or maybe Gaga should be punished with a stint on The Marriage Ref.

"The pop star donned a bra and panties"? Surely thousands of people at the game were wearing a bra and panties. Mostly the women. The point is that she stripped down to the bra and panties.

"Don" means "put on". As in "don we now our gay apparel". Which a bra and panties would be for me. Especially at a ball game.

Seinfeld was and is irrelevant.

Folks who treat his show like the Holy Grail of comedy have no sense of humor. (My opinion.) It is so boring to listen to them recount episodes of his show--the episodes weren't funny to begin with and you're even less funny recounting them. The worst is when something IRL reminds them of something on Seinfeld. Instead of enjoying the REAL humor that has happened to them personally, they sap all the verve out of the moment by a long winded account of a TV show. GET OUT OF THE CAVE!

perhaps. but he did co-create the greatest sitcom of all time and defined a sizable chunk of 90s pop-culture. the point being, he's been on top of the world and he's a billionaire from his work. his opinion of lady gaga is 100% valid and relevant.

Seinfeld wasn't even that funny. His co-stars were way funnier than him. The show ran out steam as evident in the season finale. Seinfeld himself is out of touch. He hasn't done shit since his show got canceled.

Don't get me wrong; I loved the show, but everyone on Seinfeld was always real funny except for Jerry himself.
