Wow, they're so much cleaner than pigeons.

I had a pigeon family nest on my air conditioner, and by the time they left their nest was 90 percent poop.

It was horrifying.

yeah they did that to me once. i opened the window and had to scrape away a layer of caked on poop from them and added a layer of clorox so they wouldnt come back.

Very cool! I had mourning doves do the same thing in a flower pot outside my window a few years ago- the female dove sits on the eggs all day, then the male takes over and sits all night. It was always fun to see the 'changing of the guard'... both would be there for a few minutes (catching up on their day?), then the one being relieved would fly away. They got so used to me (the pot was inches from my window) that I could almost touch the chick, but I resisted.
