Sexy Banker Was Memorable At Citibank

2010_06_dlore.jpg Debrahlee Lorenzana, who claims that Citibank fired her because she's too sexy, was definitely an attraction at the Midtown branches. One man told the Daily News, "I'm sad she's gone, but she did stick out. I know she distracted me whenever I came into the bank," while another said, "I would walk the extra few blocks just to go to this one to see her. I would think Citibank would want employees like her - it brings in the customers." Even a woman observed, "Male customers would often stare. It was rather funny, actually." The News' fashion writer says Lorenzana's form-fitting clothes are great and is reminded of Joan Holloway, the "Mad Men" knockout played by Christina Hendricks.

    U SEXY MOTHABANKA

  • aspiringrapper

Just think, if she worked for American Apparel, all of you who want to see pictures of her could continue to do so on this site, while we wouldn't be forced to continue reading about her.

Stand on any corner of 5th Avenue 15 minutes & you'll see any number of women more attractive than she is.

  • Gwinny

There are hot women all over NYC. What makes her so special? Nothing.

  • Crapola

So it seems as if she worked at a regular retail branch. Why did she take pictures of herself in corporate offices. She must've been staging for her lawsuit or publicity.

  • longacre

I think the Daily News took those pics, probably in their own offices.

  • Hey, if women are allowed to wear whatever they want HOW CAN MEN BE HELD RESPONSIBLE? I mean, it is FUNNY really, if you think about it. This is why we should make lots of judgmental statements about her, based on her appearance. She was asking for it, wearing the clothes she wanted to. How dare she not get permission from men before FORCING them to be misogynists.

    Gothamist, bring her to me!

She actually looks a little like Jaclyn Smith in that pic.

Ah whatever she's not that Hotttttmmmmmffffffrrrrrrrrrggggggggmmmmmmm

    nevermind,

    napkin plz.

Did she stir up controversy just to get free photo shoots? I would think she had a real case if she wasn't dressing extra sexy and having the wind blowing through her hair. If she would have just filed a complaint and didn't have any sexy photos to prove her point, then I'd believe her. Now I just think it's for the attention.

    Some Like it Hot!!

  • RoboticInsides

Stop posting stories about this woman.

  • mellow_fellow

STFU. Everyone else here loves this woman.

  • longacre

I like pictures of her, but I don't want to hear her fictitious attention whore stories about why she got fired. No one in a sales position gets fired for being hot. Just doesn't happen.

  • Makes sense to me. The entire reason I go to the Wachovia at 59th and 3rd Ave is because of the attractive tellers. Going tot the bank sucks, why not get a little eye candy out of it? Besides, this chick needs to just milk her 15 minutes a little bit longer before she gets a modeling contract.

  • aa77

so how many days until this woman gets a reality show?

I already got a title..."I'm too sexy for..."

each episode would feature her in some situation that her sexyness prevents her from doing completely. Donald Trump could fire her each week. Right Said Fred would provide the opening music.

Do you work in TV? If not, your idea is so cracked-out and crappy that I'd be surprised if some coked-up 27-year old nepotism case at Fox hasn't pitched it after reading this.

If this idea does become a show, you should sue if you don't get cred or royalties.
