Beck Calls Out Rep. Weiner With Weinerfacts.com

This week, semi-professional roaster Rep. Anthony Weiner issued a report lambasting gold-retailer Goldline International and Glenn Beck for colluding to use fear mongering tactics to bilk investors. Always one to rise to the occasion for a bare-knuckled intellectual battle, Beck responded by creating the website "Weinerfacts.com", mixing attacks on Rep. Weiner with pictures of hot dogs.

Weiner accused Beck, who shills for Goldline with patented emotional intensity in TV commercials, of preying "on the public's fears of inflation and socialist takeovers," which Beck responded to by comparing Weiner to Joseph McCarthy, and accusing him of trying to shut down his show. Weinerfacts.com has been one of the top trending topics on Google since its launch.

Weiner commented on the semi-eponymous website to the Observer: "He's attacking the messenger and not addressing the message. I think ultimately Fox News and his radio station and he are going to have to answer the questions about this advertiser and about their role in promoting them....The focus of my report was not primarily [Mr. Beck's] show. I haven't called for him to be shut down, I haven't called for him to be sanctioned. He's got to live with himself."

A spokesman for Stu Burguiere, the executive producer of radio show The Glenn Beck Program, responded to Weiner's comments: "We appreciate Congressman Weiner checking out the web site, but this is not just about him. This is a comprehensive source of weiner information. We encourage him to check back often."

Called Weiner's office last week to complain that they should be focusing on something important like our borders, and unemployment, etc. and THREE times they hung on me and finally said that because they were NEW YORK they could hang up on people. Now what is their real motive for stirring all of this stuff up? Surely not that they care about the people because that is what they said to me...they are watching out for the people...such liars...I guess they are trying hard to please the President he really needs Glenn to shut up doesn't he?...Wake up America!

On another topic (Immigration) Arizona should ship all the Illegal aliens they catch to San Fransico and Washington and see how they like dealing with them. It's MUCH CHEAPER to put them on a one way bus ticket than to have them stay in the state and run up hospital care and social services. Make sense????

Obama is a disgrace to the Presidency. His administration is corrupt.
