Is Kagan's Supreme Court Confirmation a Lock?

Today Senator Patrick Leahy announced that confirmation hearings for Supreme Court justice nominee Elena Kagan will begin Monday, June 28th. According to the AP, "the schedule should allow the hearings to be completed before senators go home for a weeklong break in early July," thus enabling a vote before they adjourn for August recess. Of course, the ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary committee quickly issued a statement questioning whether the time frame "will be adequate to allow us to meet our important constitutional responsibility to thoroughly review Ms. Kagan's record on behalf of the American people." But assuming Republicans can't postpone this indefinitely, what are Kagan's odds?

According to Daily Intel's Dan Amira, pretty damn good. After assuming that all the Democrats will vote for Kagan, and assuming all the Republicans who voted against her solicitor-general nomination will do so again, he's gone through and closely examined the seven Republicans who voted for her last time, plus Senator Scott Brown (who wasn't in the Senate yet) and Senator Lindsey Graham, who didn't vote on solicitor-general but did vote for Sotomayor. Amira's final vote prediction is a slam dunk 65-35; review it carefully and place your bets.

Yes it is a LOCK, the White Supremacist and Nazis of Congress can now move forward:

1) Establish total and complete Execute Power with the Installation of Executive Order

2) Elimination of the Congress other then what they are told to do and say for the pacification of the masses lead by the charge of the Entertainment media.

3) Abolishment of the or Watering down of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

6) The establishment of the National religion and if you fail to join you will be carded and restricted to Government access and facilities.

7) Changing anything and everything from the United States of America to the United Corporate States of America.

if you think this is a joke understand what Solicitor General means and look at the cases she represented, they say they don't have anything on her that is because they want to close the doors so the Socialist Corporations can have the Power, check the HAHAHA Hearing in front of the Senate, Check out the Coast guard stopping Photographers from taking picture in Louisiana, ah yes and BP runs the Government. Kagan is an ideologue whose sole credentials are 1) her ethnicity 2) Harvard association, the school of her ethnicity 3) radical opposition to cultural traditions, an essential component of control and 4) a commitment to oppressive legislation intended to silence opposition.

The powers that be recognize revolution is coming, but their persistent inability to understand no one cares about the law has deluded them into thinking her approval of said oppressive legislation will matter once the present democratic regime finally collapses due in no small part to the Pharisaic tendencies of our unelected priestly caste.

I'm actually excited Kagan is being approved, this is probably the final step in ending the madness of liberalism and democratic-egalitarianism. We can finally stop worrying about offending each other and have some real fun! Let the hate crime censors come forth!
