Dog Killer Given Lean Sentence

While Poster Boy is behind bars for 11 months for mashing up some subway ads, Brooklyn judge Michael Gary just sentenced dog killer Dudley Ramsay to a mere 4 months in jail. The 26-year-old Fort Greene resident had beat a five-month-old Dachshund puppy, “breaking six of his tiny ribs and damaging his lungs and liver." This was his 2nd Dachshund victim.

Mike Szymanski, of the Dachshund Examiner (yep), had started an email campaign to get Ramsay the maximum sentence of two years, and tells the Brooklyn Paper, "This is a tragedy. [The four months] is a fraction of what Ramsay certainly deserves. It was a slap on the wrist and showed that the judge didn’t care.” The DA, Carol Moran, allegedly received over 100 emails from animal lovers across the country and pushed for the max herself, but Gary was lenient.

Szymanski isn't standing for it, however, and warns: "People have to realize that Dachshund lovers can be way more radical than the Tea Party if we find out than an injustice has been done. This is something that could cost this judge his office."

Nothing will happen. This scum is at home in Rikers. He'll see his cousins, relax, pump iron, etc... None of the garbage in there gives a damn about animal abuse. There will be no "retribution". None. He'll be out in less than two months. Look next to you on the train... There's another one.

Wherever this POS is being housed some guard is sure to be a dog lover who will tell a prisoner who is a dog lover what this loser did and karma will play itself out late at night and end with his rectum tearing.

i hope it's the judge's that's next. four months for this isn't justice, and the judge is a fucking hard-on for not seeing that.

There is no rights for animals and these fucking coward mother pricks prey on the defenseless. I wish I knew where the judge lives right now so I can fuck him up real good.

  • Dead Himmler

Animals never had any rights in the first place. If they did they would bring a class action suit against the meat industry. Should not be punished. It's just the way things are in this world. BTW Felix threatening federal judges on open forums is never a good idea. Just my two cents.

Judge Michael Gary is a POS

  • I'm okay with criminals being jailed-- like Poster Boy. Putting his sentence up next to this guy though? Highlights some of the inadequacy built into the justice system.

  • harrisgraber

His sentence was too short. I blame the judge. This guy (Ramsey) should have had his liver cut out. What a worthless bastard. Big man! He beat up a puppy. He's just scum and shouldn't be out on the street.

Is this your boyfriend Jen? (The graffitti guy not the dog guy).

  • snickerdoodle

Karma can be a bitch. Hope this guy gets his own ribs kicked in and broken. See how he likes it.

Szymanski isn't standing for it, however, and warns: "People have to realize that Dachshund lovers can be way more radical than the Tea Party if we find out than an injustice has been done."

The Tea Party isn't really radical at all, but thanks again for that misinformation, Mr. Politician.

  • RoboticInsides

I hope this guy gets a beat down.

Nice glasses, you fucking tool bag.

Well, I hope you have a good time in those 4 months..wish it was longer, but hopefully Leroy and Cletus will make you feel right at home.

Brace yourselves, folks. I believe a slush fund is about to erupt.

Rightfully so in this case, but if a hypothetical mosquito death from evaporated airline fuel gets 'em going, this'll merit a mighty storm of rage.

    "Lean sentence"

What's that? A bread and water diet?
