Conan To Speak On Air For First Time Since Leaving NBC

phpj7KzTtPM.jpg Conan O'Brien is currently making his way around the country with his stage show (he's at Radio City in June) and while the late night talk show host may not be allowed back on the air with his own show until later this year, as of May 1st he's allowed to speak publicly for the first time since leaving NBC. And CBS is getting the exclusive!

Before his new show on TBS premieres in November, an interview that allegedly took place last week will air on 60 Minutes this Sunday May 2nd (at 7 p.m.). O'Brien's exit deal with NBC has barred him from such appearances until now, though he's still restricted from bashing Leno or his former employer. But good news: the NY Times talked to Steve Kroft at 60 Minutes, who told them, “He flirts with the restrictions." Set the DVR!
