Jets Will Hold Flight Crew Tryouts!

The Jets are apparently looking for some new cheerleaders to fill their new stadium. Starting May 1, the New York Jets will be holding tryouts for their Flight Crew cheerleading squad. Competition is tough, as even the 30 current cheerleaders have to audition again after the preliminary round. Crew coach Denise Garvey says she's looking for beautiful and smart dancers, who must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or G.E.D. (no jailbait here).

Current Crewmember Samantha says, "I would encourage anyone who wants to try out because it will be the best experience of your life...I've grown so much as a person." Well, that makes one of them.

I just spoke to someone at Jets camp and was told that all candidates must be able to unhinge their jaws, as well as command a superior gag reflex.

Day of try-outs, post flyers at the locations stating 'Try-outs have been moved to [your location].'

    Party time.

If by "growing" you mean "enhancing" then this is the job for you.
