Zoning Rules the Death of the "60-40" Club

041710stripper.jpg Thanks to some uptight judge, now nobody can enjoy the delicious cuisine of places like Ten's Cabaret while indulging in the sights and sounds of topless ladies parading their wares around the floor. The Manhattan judge ruled in favor of city zoning regulations aimed at shutting down "60-40" clubs, in which only 40% of the club is used for adult entertainment, and the other 60% is used for "non-adult" entertainment like a restaurant. The law states that X-rated stores or clubs must be in certain zones, while anything outside the zones can't have more than 40% X-rated material. It was unclear just how many women needed to be topless for a restaurant to break the 40% mark.

Its a shame. The tuna salad at Tens was always a favorite of mine. Second only to the steamed clams at Ricks Cabaret

Since when are titties X rated? If you want x rated, go to Franks Cadillac Lounge in Providence. Whoo boy.

Ah, the never ending Puritanization of NYC.

what a weird law. how the hell do you prove that you business is only 40 percent x rated?

so, if you have 100 employees, only 30 of them can be topless at any time? i think this ruling will be very popular..
