Please. MS-13 will speak a big game but they won't do shit. The NYPD's hyper-inflated budget means that a pack of enforcers would be ineffective against the entire department, not to mention that the other crime syndicates aren't just going to sit back and let MS-13 invade their turf. Not like it matters though since they really only control parts of Long Island and minor sections of the city. They can't stand up to the other Latin gangs and lack the numbers locally to pose a threat to the bloods.

i cant really give much credit to gangsters who intimidated or attack people who are not in the life, that in no way shows any force, and a hit is a hit it doesn't show any force, a child can do anyone if the victim is caught off guard!

As far as what I know of MS 13 they tend to feed of intimidating the working class in the US and never really go @ intimidation of other gangsters unless its a hit, I once witnessed an incident in washington heights a few years back where this group of around 9 men using "mexicans" slangs went at a middle aged man, who looked like he was coming home from work, they wanted to rob him and jump him, the man was a well known dominican drug trafficker who had been around since the "wildcowboy era" of the 70'-80's (survived many attempts on his life & was indeed a sharpshooter for the military back home) as we know the heights is a tightly knit community ...the group surround and i overheard the man in spanish trying to reason with them, he was just a couple of yards away from the drug spot he operates & this was around 4 am so his goons were still out, anyway since i had prior knowledge of the mix up and knew where it was going i very casually walked a few buildings down and alerted my friend (who lives in the block) of what was happening i hadnt even finished saying anything before gunshots were fired and these "gangsters" were scrambling in all directions.....thats the last i heard of the ms13 in the heights; people who mess with the "man who earns an honest living" in that community they tend to "disappear" when the authorities dont get to them...by the way one of the guys was injured that night by the gunshot, but no1 saw anything after that
