2010_03_jetblue.jpg A JetBlue flight headed to Fort Lauderdale from Newark Airport returned to Newark after part of an engine cover fell off. According to MyFoxNY, "Runway 22 Right was shut down at about 6 a.m...several emergency vehicles trailed the plane." Apparently the air traffic controller and pilot discussed the debris fall, and the engine cover could be seen on the tarmac. There were no injuries and the passengers were transferred to another flight.
