Scores Strikes Back At Stripper

closerportman.jpg Former Scores stripper (and author of No Man's Land, Ruth Fowler, filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the club last year alleging (amongst other things) that she was pressured into having sex with upscale clients as well as managers. Now the Daily News reports that the strip club is striking back; yesterday their lawyers claimed Fowler was "frequently topless" and left the impression on male bosses "that she would have an interest in seeing them or entertaining their attentions outside of the club premises." We're not strip club experts, but... sounds like the girl was just doing her job! Her lawyer reacted to the club's legal team by saying they're just giving "the typical lame answer of blaming the victim."

Is she suing the company that went out of business or the company that bought the Scores name and put it on a club in a different location?

Man, you'd think as trained professionals, managers at a strip club wouldn't be susceptible to the, "No, seriously, I think this stripper REALLY likes me" fallacy.

No doubt that BA in Stripper Business Administration degree after years of late night studying really comes in handy.

  • "frequently topless"? At a Strip club?

    Unheard of!!!

Jen, you overlooked the best line:

"she was drugged, kissed and forced to engage in sex acts, and attacked with a hot steak..."

so many ways to run with this one, so many ways...
