Not Guilty Of Prostitution (But Not For Lack Of Trying)

32610philly.jpg The "gorgeous tall buxom blonde" woman who was accused of trying to trade sex for World Series tickets was found not guilty of prostitution yesterday—but was found guilty of attempted prostitution. Susan Finkelstein, 44, was caught by cops last fall after posting a Craigslist ad trying to procure tickets to see her beloved Phillies lose to the Yankees in the baseball finale. Finkelstein denied offering to engage in a three-way with an undercover officer, but did admit to sending him nude pictures of herself.

    Attempted copsucking.

What division of law enforcement is assigned to this? Where are my tax dollars going? Or does Steinbrenner fund this sort of thing?

"Finkelstein denied offering to engage in a three-way with an undercover officer, but did admit to sending him nude pictures of herself."

    Classic knuckleballer.

    Attempted prostitution?

"Do they give a Nobel prize for attempted chemistry?"

  • justthinkin

Ha. What kind of world do we live in where there are laws that forbid pre-emptive sex?

  • Splicer

These laws are very strange to me. Why is anyone's body not their own property to do with as they please?

  • Sommelier

Well said! It's OK to offer your time or expertise doing cleaning, babysitting, doing your taxes, etc. in exchange for tickets, but not having sex? In a truly free nation, the state would have no say over what you do in private with your body.

    What a fan.

If only she bought a camera and made it a porno. Then it would be "legal"

    Fucking stupid laws.
