Snowball Gets 4 Teens Arrested

It was a clear cut case of abuse of authority. I don't like to get hit by snowballs either. One being lobbed by a 19 year old man hurts. However, I am not a police officer so I would just have to live with being hurt and angry and get on with my life. The OFF DUTY officer should have done the same thing.

Pulling a gun on someone with a snowball is more menacing. Even if you're a cop. Even if the kids were behaving badly and purposely throwing snowballs at the guy.
