Corey Haim, Dead At 38

Actor Corey Haim died this morning of an apparent overdose, TMZ reports. The LAPD confirms the 38-year-old was found unresponsive in his Oakwood, California apartment, where his mother was also staying—he was pronounced dead at Providence St. Joseph's Medical Center in Burbank. The LAPD believe the death was accidental. Haim battled drug addiction for much of his life, a subject that was touched upon in "The Two Coreys," the A&E reality show he co-starred in with longtime friend Corey Feldman in 2007 and 2008. The show allegedly ended because Feldman refused to work with Haim until he got help. (Some clips of Haim after the jump.)

cory haim had a messed up life and a fat nasty intern assistant on that show. prob some fangirl who purchased drugs for him, job responsibilities, book motels for 3day binges, get prescriptions under her name, buy drugs in alleys on his behalf.

why would that surprise you? Over Dose means to take in excess of what you really need. Celebrities do that in every facet of their lives. They are sociopaths who hoard more resources for themselves than anyone on the planet.

I'd rather give my condolences to people who aren't selfish and so egocentric. The people who had to defy peer pressure, stick to their principles, and suffer being the "uncool" dude rather than just give in and do what the crowd does. Feldman is the better Corey anyway
