It's what you tried to spin her article into being, but what she actually said then was that she wants everyone else to be nice and courteous to her and her kids, that she in fact expects it, and she doesn't have time to be bothered with being courteous herself.

Attempting to backpedal and spin it now herself doesn't change what she wrote last week. Which is why she doesn't directly address anything she said in that article, only the reaction to it. That is, again putting all of the blame on everyone else.

I think that it's implied. She doesn't quite say anything about running into you with a stroller. "You will know it" might not mean anything besides a really rude "excuse me." That's what I'm hoping at least.
