Dick Cheney "Feeling Good" After 5th Heart Attack

After chest pains sent him into a D.C. hospital on Monday, former vice president Dick Cheney is "feeling good" according to his office. This morning, Cheney was released from George Washington Hospital, which treated him for this "mild heart attack"; it was Cheney's fifth heart attack, so maybe he is a "veritable poster boy" for progress in cardiovascular health. Former president George W. Bush as well as Vice President Joe Biden called Cheney while he was in the hospital—and don't worry, he's expected to resume his normal schedule of slamming the Obama administration shortly.

Wow! It's really glad news to hear about Mr. Dick Cheney. Even if he is OK but he must care of himself. If he wants to keep his heart healthy then he must eat a healthy diet. A healthy balanced diet contains a variety of foods including plenty of fruit and vegetables, plenty of starchy foods such as wholegrain bread, pasta and rice, some protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, eggs and lentils and some dairy foods. It should also be low in fat (especially saturated fat), salt and sugar. These all things is beneficial for his health.
