Former Prosecutor's Crusade Against Terror Trial

2010_02_mccarthy.jpg The NY Times takes a look at former federal prosecutor Andrew C. McCarthy, who has been voicing his objections to trying Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his co-horts in civilian court in NYC. At a protest late last year, he said, "A war is a war. A war is not a crime, and you don’t bring your enemies to a courthouse." Regarding the Christmas Day bombing attempt he's written, "Will Americans finally grasp how insane it is to regard counterterrorism as a law-enforcement project rather than a matter of national security?" One critic said, "When I read his stuff, I say, ‘Is he running for office, or does he want a show on Fox?’" but McCarthy told the Times, "It just seemed to me like since 9/11 we’ve been drifting away and away from the moment of clarity we had."

The Gutless, Spineless and the COWARDLY have more to hide then they want to come out. Mr. mccarthy is a typical COWARD of the Anti American right.

It was this COWARDS WAR Criminal party that LIED us into this phony war.

Unlike the COWARDLY republiCANTS on the right and the Ignorant and FEAR Mongerig teabaggers (aren't these the Idiots that were waiting for ronald regean to speak at this last convention oh yeah they have a real grip on reality. I want the trails in New York, if for any thing is to show the world that the REAL America is back.

This Spineless Cowardly actions of the right the Obstructioist right and the Fear and Hate Mongering right have got to SHUT UP and let the REAL AMERICANS take care of business.

I have NO doubts that the Cowardly right the republiCANTS and the teabaggers are working behind the scenes to see that a terrorist attack is ALLOWED to happen if at all for any reason but to justify their Cowardly actions.

So if this Clown seeking free publicity would step to the side and let the Real Americans do there job we will see the the Spineless and Cowardly are protected.

A small foot note rodger ailes office is just down the street and he is in he loves it when the Spineless and Cowardly salivate on the front of his pants might I offer that you visit him.

  • This war was declared by the United States when, and by whom, and when would do we count it as "over"?

Until that happy day, McCarthy apparently believes that the United States has the right to declare anyone an "enemy combatant" based on the say-so of who?

That sh*t went out with the Magna Carta.
