I knew Fran Lee many years ago, when she was in her prime. She was some piece of work. She had some PAL (European) Umatic Tapes and needed them transferred to VHS/NTSC (U.S. System). At that time very few people had the equipment to do it and I told her I couldn't help her. She didn't speak to me for 2 years. However, I met her at a movie preview some years later and we were OK. She left her mark on this city.
