  • Kings 118, Knicks 114: The presence of Sacramento's Omri Casspi led to the Knicks' declaring this Jewish Heritage Night, but it didn't lead to a Knicks victory. The Knicks blew an eight-point lead at the start of the fourth quarter and couldn't make use of Wilson Chander's career-high 35 points.

  • Cavaliers 104, Nets 97: This just in: The Nets still stink. Without Devin Harris, the Nets had now shot against Cleveland, which got 32 from LeBron James. This loss made it a seven-game losing streak for the 4-47 Nets.

  • Islanders 4, Predators 3 (SO): A rare power-play goal -- with 11.7 seconds no less -- go the Islanders into overtime, and they won in the shootout. Mark Streit had the Islanders' first power-play goal in five games. Frans Neilsen and John Tavares scored off penalty shots. This snapped a seven-game losing streak.
