NFL Player Eric Green Allegedly Sodomized NYC Transgender

A transgender New Yorker has filed a $10 million lawsuit against former NFL cornerback Eric Green, accusing him of sexual assault in early 2009. According to the lawsuit, Green met Angelina Mavilia, 38, in a casino in Phoenix when Green was still on the Arizona Cardinals. Green allegedly took Mavilia back to his condo and forcibly sodomized her, then told her, "This never happened. You'd better not tell." Mavilia is also suing NYC over a separate incident that occurred after she was arrested for trespassing in a Manhattan housing complex on Oct. 30, 2008.

After her arrest, Mavilia claims a female cop twice demanded she take off her bra and panties and then stared at her genitals, yelling "It's a girl!" And Mavilia says that once she arrived at central booking, a correction officer ordered her to strip yet again, then put her in a cell with a man. "You're not fooling me; I know you were not born a woman," the C.O. allegedly said, according to court papers obtained by the Daily News. "I can see your plastic surgery."

Agreed. This American Life did a segment on transgender kids on one of their shows, and made me realize how tough it is. I really have alot of sympathy for what they have to deal with.

I was watching Tyra yesterday because she had on some cute kids, turned out these were transgender kids. I would say they have it tough ten foldwise. they really need a supportive family. makes my crappy childhood seem like a walk in the park.

This person was transsexual, not transgender. These kids, I am guessing, are intersexual.

I gotta say, if you're a post-op transwoman, the one thing you really, really, really want to do is stay out of legal trouble. Because if you wind up in the hands of the cops, they are going to do terrible things to you, 9 times out of 10.
