How long are we going to keep giving a pass to people who spew racist comments just because they "grew up in an era where that was the norm" (read: Harry Reid). That's wonderful that Chris Matthews can finally see past a man's skin color. Do you think if he was anything other than a liberal journalist there wouldn't be a public outcry of racism?

I don't know if Chris Matthews is racist, but I do know he has a worldview just as twisted as Glenn Beck's. Unfortunately, Matthews isn't remotely as entertaining and I'm not quite sure why he's still on TV when no one watches him.
