Lowery-Stein Murder Trial Begins

Natavia Lowery, the alleged slayer of real estate agent to the stars, Linda Stein, is officially on trial. Lowery is believed to have murdered Stein, her boss, in October of 2007—something she confessed to, though her lawyers later said she was coerced. She has admitted to stealing money from Stein, though (to the tune of $30K).

As for the slaying, however, Lowery's lawyers are allegedly setting up the argument that Stein had many enemies who may have had motive to murder her—"Including her daughters, roofers working on her apartment building and doormen," according to the NY Times.

In the courthouse yesterday, the NY Post reports back that the 911 tape was played for jurors—a call that was made by one of Stein's daughters, Mandy, who reportedly said: "My mom! She's dead, I think! I don't know! Please! Help me! Help me!" You can listen to it at the Daily News. Mandy will testify today, and the trial is expected to last one month.

If you can't find the yoga stick you can't convict.

She didn't kill her. She only stole her money and confessed to killing her.

    Yeah, right.

Linda's daughter called right after the murder. Lowery said Linda was out running. Linda never went out running.

    She's the killer.
