Siddiqui Thrown Out Of Court, Alongside Two Jurors

Once again, the Al-Qaeda-tied scientist accused of shooting at U.S. personnel in Afghanistan was thrown out of a Manhattan courtroom for disrupting legal proceedings. This time, Aafia Siddiqui — who has already been tossed from the courtroom three times — interrupted the testimony of a chief warrant officer who was speaking about being wounded in Afghanistan. According to the Post, she shouted: "I feel sorry for you ... Don't do that. It will make America look weak in international court." Two jurors were also tossed from the jury and replaced with alternates, according to 1010WINS. The judge ejected the jurors after they "interacted" with a spectator, who was arrested. "They felt they would no longer be fair," the judge told the Daily News. Before the trial began, Siddiqui requested the use of genetic tests to keep Jews off the jury.

its good thing, she's a muslim, and therefore not human.

Now we can call her all sorts of terrible things and put her on trial for 50 years(!) all for allegedaly firing a gun at someone....although the bullet disappeared! Whats that she said something about being in a secret prision? Don't listen to that, 'she hates 'jews'!' Ignore the man behind the curtain. 'she hates 'jews'!'

She does not have to be present for this to continue. If she wants US Law, US is what she should receive.

You should only be able to thwart the case 3x before they just sentence you and call it a day. This loser isn't worth the energy I'd expend spitting at her.

This is just one reason why trying her in civilian court was a big mistake. The judge is bending over backwards to appear fair; something that he wouldn't do for a regular criminal. If this were a military judge, she would have been given at most one chance before been sent back to her cell to watch through a closed circuit TV.

Frankly, I believe that in a military tribunal she wouldn't have acted up anyway. Notice how calmly KSM has behaved so far. Just way until he get his chance to act up in front of the press, it'll make the 2 year long 20th hijacker trial an example of legal decorum.
