With the number of posts that pass for "news" on this site, you're not exactly qualified to designate what passes for journalism. Detatched, hipster snarking does not come off as even remotely professional.

did anyone look at that joe rollino daily news article? it reads like a string of chuck norris jokes. wtf?

In the business, it's called "human interest". Living in a neighborhood where community laundromats are used often, I appreciated the article, it really captured the dynamic of the people there. It's a heck of a lot better than "HEY LOOK! BIRDS IN A SUPERMARKET"! Oh yeah, and dog bites man.

A few days ago I went to a laundromat near my house in Suffolk County to drop off some dry cleaning (a service it also offers). A large sign read "We use only fresh clean water."

Huh? What else are they supposed to use, sewer backflow or something?

Bloggers dont do anything but steal headlines from Newspapers and add a worthless sarcastic comment. You people are even more pathetic than journalists.

  • Bitch and moan— it took me five whole seconds to come up with that sarcastic comment!

I already saw the movie and it had gay sex with Daniel Day Lewis.
