John Gotti Jr. Won't Face a Fifth Trial

11310gotti.jpg Following a fourth mistrial in early December, federal prosecutors announced that they will not be seeking a fifth trial for the Teflon Don on charges of racketeering. A statement released by U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said: "In light of the circumstances, the government has decided not to proceed with the prosecution against John A. Gotti... The prosecution of the case has ended." Which leaves him more time to pose in velour tracksuits.

Not to worry, they'll soon find something else to pin on him. Just look at OJ, sooner or later Junior will slip up.

This fucker's guilty as hell, but it's right to leave him alone already. Four trials with no convictions is enough. Anything more would just be prosecutorial abuse.

Totally agree. I'm glad they've put an end to this, finally.
