Sources: Drugged Model Runs Down Two S.I. Joggers

An aspiring model "allegedly high on a cocktail of drugs" struck a former high-school track star and his girlfriend as they jogged in Staten Island yesterday, the Advance reports. Daniel Kelley, 23, is in "extremely critical condition" after suffering severe head and chest trauma when he was run down by a black Honda Civic on Hylan Boulevard. The crash left his girlfriend, 18-year-old Gina Siclari, with a broken ankle, scrapes and bruises, according to the daily.

The driver — identified as Brooklyn model Gypsy Porfirio — told cops she had taken Percocet and Xanax before the collision. Police found the painkiller and the anti-anxiety drug in her car, as well as the sleep-aid Ambien. After appearing "dazed and lethargic" at the scene of the crash, Porfirio was cuffed and will be charged with driving under the influence, pending the results of drug tests.

The incident occurred just blocks from St. Joseph's by-the-Sea high school, which both victims attended and where Kelley established himself as a distance runner. Kelley is currently a special education teacher at PS 16 in Tompkinsville, while Siclari attends St. Francis College in Brooklyn.

I don't see any comparison to Tiger Woods except he was lucky enough to have not hit someone.But anyone driving under the influence should be charged to the full extent of the law.The prescriptions may have been hers but they state on them not to drive or operate heavy machinery right on the bottle.So yes send her to prison.And Tiger just has enough money that he showed he isn't like us little guys that he didn't even have to talk to cops let alone get tested for what ever he was taking at the time of his accident.Money talks and walks free and little guys go to jail or should.

An *accomplished* athlete and special ed teacher is in "extremely critical condition" with "sever head trauma" because the drug-addled ditz got behind the wheel of a car when she should have known better. Her sentence ought to spend the rest of her life spoon feeding head-trauma victims in a nursing home. She could still be of use to something other than her own vanity.

People have already started posting comments on her page. Anyhow she isn't beautiful and her lips look fake. Why is it that in these cases, it is the innocent people that are killed/injured by these drunk/drugged drivers? Hope she get lots of jail time.
