I hear you. In fact when I was doing travel team baseball a few years ago I had a great bunch of guys. Some from situations that did not allow their full potential to develop. Of course there are good and bad in every culture. It just seems recently that a certain group is being more prominent then others when it comes to committing crime. Blame it on Gothamist? Daily News? the Post? Fox 5? Nah. The largest amount of these thugs come out of housing projects and the rap/basketball bullshit culture they think will free them from same.

I say if you want welfare then you must accept to be temporarily sterilized. That will cut down on the babymamas. In fact any male or female that their parents are accepting welfare must be temporarily sterilized beginning at the age of twelve.
