US Attorney Expects Bruno To Serve Time

2009_06_bruno.jpg With the federal corruption conviction of former powerful State Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno, Assistant U.S. Attorney William Pericak tells the Daily News, "I think it's clear that any way you stack the sentencing guidelines (it) will call for a sentence of imprisonment and the Justice Department typically recommends that the court follows the guidelines."
