Well, hello there! It looks like disgraced former NYPD Commissioner Bernie Kerik has been prepping for prison by eating plenty of tossed salad. Recent Facebook photos show the convicted felon looking fit and fetching—a lot less Sergeant Schultz and a little more Kevin Spacey.
A source close to Kerik tells the Post he's been working out a lot to pass the time during his home confinement. And judging by this photo he's also been practicing his swordplay as he awaits his February 18th sentencing. Kerik faces up to 33 months in prison after pleading guilty to eight felonies including lying on tax returns and accepting $250,000 in renovations from a company accused of having mob ties.
