The city could make some good money selling tickets and popcorn to this Gotti Jr. trial circus! Yesterday's episode starred Victoria Gotti, the unhinged wife of late mobster John (Dapper Don) Gotti and mother to Gotti Jr., who's currently on trial for racketeering. As Judge Kevin Castel moved to dismisses a juror who was criticized for her vulgar language and pro-defense attitude, the mob matriarch unleashed a profanity-laced tirade.

"F----- animals," the mob mom screeched. "They're railroading you! They're doing to you what they did to your father! You f------ liar! You bastard!" According to the Daily News, Junior Gotti turned from the defense table to soothe his mother, telling her, "I can deal with it. I'm okay. Don't worry about it. I'm fine." But she was too agitated too listen, continuing, "They're the gangsters, right there! The f------ gangsters! You son of a bitches! Put your own sons in there. You bastards!"

Three of her children escorted her out of the courtroom as she broke down, and Judge Castel continued with the proceedings. None of the jurors were present during the outburst, and the judge explained that he was dismissing Juror 7, the postal worker with the alleged bad attitude, as well as 7's nemesis, Juror 11. He explained, "I don't know the source of the friction between the two jurors. It may be that one is a difficult personality or that both are difficult. Accordingly, I am striking both jurors." Now 7 has to go back to work, something she had gloated about avoiding thanks to jury duty!

The Post has more on the animosity between the jurors, which Judge Castel futilely tired to smooth over Tuesday with a nice big tub of Twizzlers. An anonymous letter complaining about Juror 7 was obtained by the tabloid; it said 7 "uses foul language and creates a hostile jury environment, gets mad if she doesn't have a prime seat and goes all googly-eyed for the defense team." Also, one time she ordered calamari to go on the court's dime after a recent lunch outing.
