  • Bronx residents are battling over access to the beach, because a building owner is building a fence and renovating a sea wall that would block them from heading to the surf.

  • Lou Dobbs think a shot was fired at his NJ home because of his views on illegal immigration.
  • A rabbi is telling Jon Gosselin to dump his girlfriend—since he's still married and all. The father of eight is expected to make his announcement at a synagogue tomorrow.

Oooooh, really? Jon Gosslin wil be trading in his diamond stud earings, cigs, and Ed Hardy maternity collection for spiritual nirvana? Barf.

that's right, job gosselin is converting to orthodox judaism. He'll be moving to brooklyn with the girlfriend, where she'll don a black wig and take care of the little tykes in that special brooklyn way (half the time)
