Penny's In The Bank On Real Estate Deals

2009_10_pennycrone.jpg What do you do after being dropped by Fox 5? Well, close more than $15 million worth of real estate deals with Prudential Douglas Elliman, of course. That's right, former reporter Penny Crone, is cleaning up on the Manhattan real estate front. Douglas Elliman president Steven L. James told the NY Times, "She takes no hostages. That was one of my worries, but I watched her on a complicated deal where her personality just couldn't be at the forefront, and she did it. She actually pulled it off. She took the back seat, the quiet role, which I'm sure was very unfamiliar terrain for her."

I'd like to see Lisa G top this!

Wow, so she's making from 450-900K on commission from the 15MM in deals. That probably bests her old Fox salary. Who's laughing now?

That's right, Steven! Make the woman take the submissive role!

So that's what's changed about Fox 5's post-World Series coverage! I was trying to figure out what was so different.
